To process a MOTO transaction, you'll need the following cardholder details:• The card number (the long number across the centre of the card)
• The cardholder name (as it appears on the card), including any initials
• The card expiry date
• The billing address, including the postcode (as it appears on the cardholder's invoice). If you're using our Clover device, this is restricted to the first 10 characters of the address (line 1) and the full postcode.
• The chosen delivery address (if different from the above)
• The Card Security Code (CSC). This is the three-digit code at the end of the signature strip (the CSC is needed for telephone order transactions only and is not required for mail order transactions).
Please note: You must never ask for a customer’s PIN.
