If you have a Clover card machine you can make changes to your settings, by using the settings function on the card machine screen. If you have an Ingenico card machine, you'll need to call us on 0345 901 0001, options 3, then option 1 and option 2, 8am to midnight Monday to Saturday and 9am to 5pm on Sundays, and we'll be able to help
